Readiness Assessment

Key infrastructure and safety considerations for any commercial property. Review your facility's readiness, document concerns and send a copy of your assessment to Connect Service Solutions.

Key facility readiness priorities

A practical starting point for property owners, facility managers and operations teams. Use this review alongside your organization's established safety and emergency preparedness processes.

01 · Roofing and building envelope

Review roof condition, leaks, drainage, flashing, penetrations and areas above critical occupied and mission-critical spaces.

02 · HVAC and environmental reliability

Evaluate essential building systems, preventive maintenance, filters, controls and alerts. Coordinate work around occupied areas and sensitive operations.

03 · Exterior grounds and vehicle protection

Inspect pavement, parking, loading zones, sidewalks, accessibility, drainage and traffic flow. Evaluate whether bollards or other protective barriers are needed at pedestrian areas, entrances or vulnerable equipment.

04 · Security and controlled access

Review visitor and staff entrances, deliveries, camera coverage, credentials and campus workflow changes.

05 · Emergency preparedness and business continuity

Review plans for power and utility outages, equipment failures, severe weather, security incidents and other disruptions. Verify escalation contacts, vendor response and site access procedures.

Facility readiness assessment

Choose a status for each item and add relevant comments. An item marked Follow-up Needed should be assigned an owner and target date as part of your internal process.
